Sales Engineer - Summary
- Drive the promotion and sales of integrated, bundled, and stand-alone technology systems and equipment.
- Engage with contractors, consultants, and customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s product line, including high-value technology systems and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers to identify and address their needs.
- Work collaboratively on account management, project design, bidding, and sales strategies.
- Manage project pipelines and ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies relevant to HVAC, electrical, protective systems, and systems integration.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree in business, engineering, or a related technology field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales to the electrical and/or mechanical industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, protective systems, A/V solutions, and systems integration is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with building codes and plan and spec fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and preferred experience with SalesForce CRM.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, multitask, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with independent thinking skills.
