Regional Sales Manager - Summary

- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and support the recurring revenue business model
- Utilize CRM and service management systems to manage accounts and track sales activities

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in service sales, account management, or estimating
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and gross profit goals across multiple accounts or business segments
- Strong understanding of service contracts, renewals, SLAs, and recurring revenue models
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic customer relationships
