Regional Operations Director - Summary- Lead and oversee multiple restaurant units to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Mentor and develop store leaders, fostering a culture of high performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the implementation of company strategies, programs, and standards across all assigned locations.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute the company’s vision and long-term goals.
- Engage directly with units and team leaders, providing hands-on support and field presence.
