Support,reinforce,andaligndecisionswiththeuniquecultureofourcompany. AssistGeneralManagersindeliveringexceptionalguestexperiencesatourrestaurants. TrainanddevelopGeneralManagers,managecareerexpectationsforthemanagementteam,andclearlycommunicatebrandandcompanystandards. Understand,define,andexecutethepurpose,requirements,anddesiredresultsofallcompanyprograms. Leadtheareainimplementingtheseprograms,includingrestaurantmarketing,training/talent,andrecruitingfunctions. DevelopandmanagebusinessplanningprocessesincollaborationwithGeneralManagers,includinganalyzingexternalandinternalenvironmentstoidentifyareasforimprovementandrecommendingnecessarychanges. Takefullresponsibilityforthefinancialperformanceofthecompany,overseeingthefinancialanalysisofindividualrestaurantsandthedistrict,andmakingrecommendationsforimprovement. Manageallaspectsoftherestaurant'sEBITDA,includingbudgetplanning,management,andperformance. Analyzebusinesstrendsandfinancialdatatoassessandimproveperformance,bothoperationallyandfinancially. Qualifications: Minimumof5yearsofmulti-unitmanagementexperiencewithaprovenrecordofsuccess. Strongknowledgeandskillsinanalyzingprofitandlossstatementsandthe overallfinancialperformanceofthecompany. Proficiencyinstaffingwithatrackrecordofachievingresults. Familiaritywithlaborlaws. AdditionalRequirements: Mustpossesstheabilitytolead,motivate,andempowermanagerstoachievehigherlevelsofperformance. Abilitytoaligntheteamwiththecompany'sculturebystrikingabalancebetweenseriousnessandfun. Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills. Willingnesstorecognizepersonalshortcomingsandactivelyseekimprovement. Proficientinsettinggoals,creatingplans,andtranslatingplansintoactionforindividualrestaurantsandtheentiredistrict. Abilitytomeasureperformanceobjectivelyandsubjectively,holdingdirectaccountabilitytomeetperformanceexpectations.
