HVAC Account Manager - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent related work experience required.
- 0-5 years of account management experience, preferably within the HVAC or building technology sector.
- Experience with building technology systems, HVAC, and/or advanced technology controls (ATC) required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence essential for client relationship development.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Technical sales experience and knowledge of plan and specification fundamentals are a plus.
