Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant teams to achieve company goals
- Engage directly with units and team leaders in a hands-on manner to support field operations
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent execution across all locations
- Mentor all organizational positions to foster engagement, success, and professional growth
- Support and align decision-making with the unique culture and values of the company
- Assist General Managers in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining food quality
- Train and develop management teams, including setting clear expectations and communicating company standards
- Oversee implementation of company programs in marketing, training, talent, and recruiting
- Collaborate with General Managers on business planning, data analysis, and performance improvement
