Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure operational consistency and adherence to company standards across all assigned restaurants
- Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance against business objectives and key performance indicators
- Review financial statements, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support restaurant managers and staff to build high-performing teams
- Champion exceptional customer service and address guest feedback promptly
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated experience with new restaurant openings and team building
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities
- Excellent financial acumen and proven ability to analyze and act on financial data
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Willingness to travel within assigned area as needed
