Clinicians work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care coordination and patient education. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. With a manageable daily census of approximately 18-20 patients, providers can focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care.
Starting as soon as possible, this contract is initially set for 13 weeks with a strong potential for extension. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. As a Wound Care NP or PA-C, you will utilize advanced wound care products, apply topical therapies, and document all care accurately in the outpatient setting. While active state licensure is preferred, providers awaiting licensure are also encouraged to apply, making this role accessible to a wide range of qualified applicants. Wound care certification is valued but not required, allowing both experienced and early-career professionals to be considered.
