Workday Security Manager - Summary- Key leadership role focused on Workday security architecture and governance in a healthcare environment.

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise application security, with significant expertise in Workday security models.
- Demonstrated experience leading security governance, audit readiness, and access control initiatives in regulated environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of Workday security groups, domain security policies, business process security, and role-based access control.
- Strong technical knowledge of access governance, segregation of duties, audit controls, and attestation processes.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to diverse teams.
- Experienced security professional with a track record of implementing and managing Workday security in complex, regulated organizations.
