Workday Reporting Lead - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Workday reporting workstream throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday reporting requirements, inquiries, and issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, including advanced, matrix, and composite types.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and resolution of reporting defects, ensuring timely updates and fixes to existing reports.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating reporting solutions and addressing any defects.
- Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and deliver high-quality reporting outputs.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for reporting processes and changes as part of project deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on report design standards and Workday reporting functionalities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting.
- Proven expertise in developing advanced, matrix, and composite Workday reports.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues independently.
- Experience leading and owning a reporting workstream within a Workday implementation environment.
- Workday Reporting certification is required for this position.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
