Workday Project Manager - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project or operations management, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Talent Technology enhancements, with a focus on Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project presentations and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Experience with one or more Workday modules, such as Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or Workday HCM.
- Proficiency in navigating matrix reporting environments and resolving complex issues efficiently.
