Workday Integration Lead - SummaryThe Workday Integration Lead is responsible for leading, designing, and overseeing the integration workstream for a major Workday ERP implementation. The Workday Integration Lead will partner with program leadership to guarantee successful project execution, risk management, and data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle. Duties & Responsibilities- Lead and manage the integration workstream for a comprehensive Workday ERP implementation, serving as the primary authority on integration design, configuration, and data flow.
- Collaborate closely with external system implementation partners utilizing a two-in-the-box model to prioritize and sequence integration activities effectively.
- Review and approve integration designs, conduct technical code reviews, and ensure all solutions meet organizational standards for quality and integrity.
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end integration testing, ensuring all integrations function as intended and meet performance benchmarks.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to integrations, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all integration processes.
- Partner with key technical and program leadership, including the ERP Program Director, Technical Domain Lead, and ERP Program Manager, to align integration strategies with overall program objectives.

- 8-10 years of experience in ERP integration roles, with a minimum of two successful large-scale Workday ERP implementations (Finance and HCM; experience with Research Administration & SCM is preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership in managing integration workstreams within enterprise-level projects.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture standards, data flow, and integration dependency management.
- Experience working within healthcare, academic medical centers, or multi-entity healthcare organizations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration across technical teams and project stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Workday integration and ERP project leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex integration challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, managing priorities and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and mitigating project risks.
