- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
- Strong expertise in Workday SOAP APIs (Web Services) and REST APIs.
- In-depth understanding of Workday data models, object relationships, and business process behavior.
- Proficiency in XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation for integration workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure and scalable enterprise system integrations.
