Workday Integration Analyst - Summary- Lead HCM integration projects utilizing advanced Workday tools and technologies.
- Design, develop, and automate secure and efficient data flows to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand integration needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and compliance initiatives within the Workday environment.
- Work remotely as part of a cohesive, innovative, and supportive team.
- Lead the full lifecycle of Workday HCM integration development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring integration solutions meet their evolving needs.
- Utilize Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT to create and manage high-quality integrations.
- Automate data flows to increase productivity and facilitate accurate, timely data exchange.
- Conduct process analysis and system reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM security and data governance protocols.
- Provide clear communication and insight to leadership and cross-functional teams regarding integration status, challenges, and solutions.
- Oversee troubleshooting and issue resolution for integration errors or system inconsistencies.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration, including advanced proficiency with Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT.
- In-depth understanding of Workday HCM, security, and data governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Workday Certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrates strong technical acumen in Workday HCM integrations and system analysis.
