As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be integral to the ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of HRIS platforms. You will collaborate closely with the HRIS & Transformation Principal to ensure that Workday, Greenhouse, and other performance management tools align with our strategic human capital objectives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of HRIS initiatives, from requirements gathering and system design to user training and troubleshooting.

Workday HRIS Analyst - Summary- Full-time position supporting and enhancing Workday and other HRIS platforms

- Partner with the HRIS & Transformation Principal to manage and improve Workday, Greenhouse, and performance management systems
- Analyze, design, test, and implement HRIS system solutions aligned with business objectives
- Perform system administration tasks, including upgrades, configuration changes, and regular audits
- Participate in new system implementations and configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical and business requirements
- Develop and maintain training materials to drive user adoption and provide support for user questions and troubleshooting
- Resolve technical issues and ensure the reliability and accuracy of HRIS data

- 3-5 years of experience implementing and managing Human Capital technology solutions with a focus on Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of HR industry standards and compliance requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
