As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be integral to the ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of HRIS platforms. You will collaborate closely with the HRIS & Transformation Principal to ensure that Workday, Greenhouse, and other performance management tools align with our strategic human capital objectives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of HRIS initiatives, from requirements gathering and system design to user training and troubleshooting.
