You will manage system administration tasks such as upgrades, configuration changes, and regular audits, ensuring the integrity and security of HR data. Active participation in new system implementations and configurations is also expected, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Additional responsibilities include fostering user adoption by maintaining up-to-date training materials, addressing user queries, and troubleshooting system issues promptly.
