Workday HCM Program Manager - Summary- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday HCM module implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project integration and delivery.
- Oversee multiple project phases and manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, and risk.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

- 8 to 12 years of ERP delivery experience, with a strong background in Workday HCM implementations.
- Proven experience in delivering at least two successful Workday HCM implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects within complex, highly regulated environments.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
