Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review existing Workday HCM configurations, focusing on foundational areas such as supervisory organizations, cost centers, and security protocols.
- Analyze and standardize organizational structures and related naming conventions to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Recommend and implement configuration updates aligned with future Workday Financials requirements.
- Identify and remediate historical configuration inconsistencies to strengthen overall governance and scalability of the system.
- Document all changes, recommendations, and best practices for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Provide clear and thorough communication throughout the assessment and implementation process.
