Workday Financials Lead - Summary- Lead the configuration, implementation, and management of Workday Projects and Assets modules for a top-tier client.
- Serve as the primary functional expert in Workday Financials, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Operate in a remote, full-time capacity within an innovative and supportive organizational culture.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in financial management.
- Act as the functional lead for Workday Projects and Business Assets modules, overseeing successful end-to-end configuration and delivery.
- Conduct customer playback sessions, system demonstrations, and workshops to validate requirements and showcase configured functionality.
- Manage tenant configuration activities, ensuring accurate setup of business processes, worktags, and project structures to support business needs.
- Develop user stories, configuration workbooks, and comprehensive business process documentation aligned with client requirements.
- Support unit, end-to-end, and user experience testing, including the creation of test cases and effective resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful system adoption.
