Workday Financial Analyst - Summary- Key contributor to Workday Financials system implementation and optimization within the finance team.
- Focus on cash management, core financials, and asset management modules.
- Collaborates with finance and IT teams to deliver high-quality functional solutions.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for functional configuration and process improvements.
- Support full cycle implementation of Workday Financials, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Assist with the creation of test scripts, execution of user acceptance testing, and resolution of system defects.
- Translate business requirements into functional design and Workday configuration to meet organizational needs.
- Manage system changes from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with Finance Lead to deliver effective solutions, reporting documentation, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide system support, and ensure successful user adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Financials best practices and updates to enhance system performance.

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Workday Financials implementation and support.
- Workday Financials Certifications required.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementations of Workday Financials modules.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday, with ability to configure and optimize system processes.
- Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
