Workday ERP Program Manager – Finance Summary- Lead the delivery and implementation of Workday finance modules in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Coordinate project schedules, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights to improve ERP processes and system performance.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday finance module implementations, from planning to execution and post-launch optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
- Manage project budgets and resources, balancing competing priorities in a regulated environment.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure project continuity.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in ERP project delivery, with a focus on finance modules.
- Minimum of two successful Workday finance implementations.
