Workday Change Management Consultant - Summary
- Lead the people side of change for major Workday Finance and Supply Chain implementations in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and project teams to ensure successful process and system adoption.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end change management leadership for large-scale Workday implementations, focusing on Supply Chain Management and Finance.
- Partner with project leadership, functional SMEs, and stakeholders to facilitate successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses.
- Design and implement comprehensive change plans covering communication, training, engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Coach senior leaders and frontline managers to reinforce change adoption and monitor effectiveness post-implementation.
- Measure and track change adoption metrics to ensure the sustainability of new processes and systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations.
- Strong expertise in finance and supply chain business processes within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in structured change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
