- Focus on configuring, enhancing, and supporting Workday functionalities
- Manage integration and data movement between Workday and PeopleSoft systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions

- Configure, optimize, and enhance Workday functionalities, addressing system issues and proactively improving processes
- Facilitate data movement and integration between Workday and PeopleSoft, ensuring effective communication and data integrity across platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to review, improve, and implement HR processes and system enhancements
- Engage with third-party consultants to deliver scalable solutions and support additional HR technology projects as needed
- Act as a technical administrator for Workday, troubleshooting and resolving system challenges

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday, particularly in Compensation and Benefits
- Proven experience as a Workday technical administrator with a strong understanding of HR processes
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing Workday functionalities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment
