Your expertise in Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT will be critical in designing, developing, and automating data flows that streamline operations and optimize productivity. The Workday Analyst will be expected to gather requirements, oversee project lifecycles from design through implementation, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. Additionally, this position requires maintaining excellent relationships with partners and providing strategic recommendations to improve integration processes and data governance.
The ideal candidate for the Workday Analyst position has a minimum of four years of hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools and a strong foundation in Workday HCM security and data governance. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required. Workday Certification is highly desirable and will strengthen your candidacy. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are fundamental for success in this role.
