As a Work Management Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to business teams, guiding them through the assessment and transformation of their current workflows. You will collaborate to map existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and enable the adoption of modern organizational structures, processes, and technologies. Your expertise with key enterprise workflow and collaboration tools—including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Smartsheet, and experience with platforms like Workfront or ServiceNow—will be crucial to your success in this role.

Working closely with the Principal Advisor for the Digital Workforce and Product Owners responsible for major workflow tools, you will ensure strategic alignment and adherence to work management standards. Work Management Consultant - Summary- Full-time opportunity focused on organizational process optimization and workflow management.
- Drive the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

- Extensive relevant work experience, ideally in work management, process optimization, enterprise tooling, or technology operations (25+ years preferred).
- Deep expertise with enterprise workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Smartsheet. Experience with Workfront or ServiceNow considered valuable.
- Proficiency in multiple work management methodologies, including Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and project-based work.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
