As a Work Management Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to business teams, guiding them through the assessment and transformation of their current workflows. You will collaborate to map existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and enable the adoption of modern organizational structures, processes, and technologies. Your expertise with key enterprise workflow and collaboration tools—including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Smartsheet, and experience with platforms like Workfront or ServiceNow—will be crucial to your success in this role.
In addition to your technical skills, your ability to coach, influence, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization will set you apart. You will provide thought leadership in work management methodologies, frameworks, and technologies, ensuring a high level of adoption and integration within the company. The Work Management Consultant will also lead the Enterprise Work Management Community User Group, fostering a culture of shared learning and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with the Principal Advisor for the Digital Workforce and Product Owners responsible for major workflow tools, you will ensure strategic alignment and adherence to work management standards. Your analytical and facilitation skills will empower you to advise and influence a broad range of stakeholders, making you a key driver of organizational success.
