Work Management Consultant - Summary
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for enterprise work management initiatives

Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to assess current work management practices and document existing workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and alignment through process optimization and better use of tools
- Advise teams on selecting and implementing suitable work management methodologies and organizational structures based on business needs
- Coach stakeholders in adopting and sustaining effective work management practices and standards
- Collaborate with technology delivery and operations partners to support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and foster shared learning through an enterprise work management user community
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on enterprise workflow tools and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive experience (typically 2-5+ years) in work management, process optimization, enterprise tooling, or technology operations
- Proven hands-on expertise with enterprise workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or Smartsheet
- Practical knowledge of multiple delivery and work management approaches, including Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and project-based work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in workflow or process mapping
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and communicate organizational change across diverse stakeholder groups
