Medicare Sales Advisor - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients
- Consult with clients to assess their healthcare needs and recommend suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans
- Use the company’s digital quote-and-enroll platform to submit electronic applications in full compliance with CMS guidelines
- Document client interactions and application status updates within the CRM
- Follow up on pending business to ensure successful enrollment and maximize renewals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and products
- Optionally, pursue a leadership track by building and managing a micro-team for additional override income
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is preferred

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work as a contractor
