Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations for women.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests relevant to women's health.
- Utilize critical reasoning to establish differential diagnoses and prioritize patient care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans addressing acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care and manage treatment plans.
- Engage patients, families, and community resources in health education and preventive care strategies.
- Make independent decisions in complex patient care scenarios, ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists and community resources as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in women's health, medical, or gynecological oncology preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program; MSN or equivalent required.
- Current or eligible licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in California.
- National certification as a WHNP or equivalent.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
