Wireless Network Engineer (Cisco/Juniper, Wi-Fi) - Summary- Lead the design, management, and optimization of enterprise Wi-Fi networks using Cisco and Juniper technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to drive network enhancements, performance improvements, and advanced troubleshooting efforts.
- Engage in a flexible onsite work schedule to support onboarding, training, and team synergy.
- Work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Oversee the management and operation of complex dual-vendor (Cisco/Juniper) wireless network systems.
- Optimize wireless network coverage, capacity, and performance through strategic analysis and implementation of best practices.

- 5-8 years of progressive experience in enterprise wireless network engineering with a focus on Cisco and Juniper platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise with Cisco 9000 series switches and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).
- Profound understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, VLANs, and TCP/IP protocols.
