Welder Fabricator - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment needed for assigned tasks.
- Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and related welding techniques as required by the job.
- Cut, fit, assemble, and weld metal components according to detailed specifications and drawings.
- Inspect welds and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor welding operations to prevent material distortion, overheating, or other forms of damage.
- Repair and modify metal components, assemblies, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Support other fabrication and production tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
