UX Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a UX Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating the user experience and the overall functionality of our web and mobile applications. Your work will help ensure that our digital platforms provide a seamless, effective, and enjoyable experience for users. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across a variety of web and mobile platforms to identify areas where user experience can be enhanced.
- Carefully document bugs, glitches, and usability issues, clearly articulating pain points and potential barriers to user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams by communicating findings and providing actionable feedback to support product improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate software features across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent functionality and accessibility for all users.
- Compile and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize testing outcomes and offer recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of both web and mobile application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related analytical field is preferred, but not required.
- Reliable internet access and the ability to work from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device in a remote environment.
