Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough visual and functional testing of web user interfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to communicate findings, offer feedback, and discuss solutions for identified issues.
- Assess the intuitiveness, responsiveness, and overall user experience of web interfaces to promote optimal usability.
- Generate and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes and providing actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a basic understanding of web design principles.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting web testing activities.
