Web QA Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Web QA Analyst to join our dynamic quality assurance team. This full-time role is focused on ensuring that digital products, including websites and applications, deliver exceptional user experiences across a variety of devices and platforms. Based in Nashville, TN, the Web QA Analyst will play a key role in optimizing digital platforms by providing actionable feedback and supporting development teams in delivering reliable, user-friendly products.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing for mobile and web applications, following structured scenarios to evaluate user experience.
- Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, glitches, and other user experience pain points encountered during testing.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to relay issues, provide user feedback, and support the resolution of identified problems.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, outline recommendations, and track the progress of issue resolution.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience using remote work tools and familiarity with a range of app ecosystems and web platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for remote QA tasks.
