Web Designer - Summary- Design, develop, and maintain webpages, portals, and microsites within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure all digital assets adhere to established branding standards and templates.
- Collaborate with content owners to present information in a visually engaging and accessible format.
- Drive ongoing improvements in user navigation and overall site experience.
- Design and publish ServiceNow pages, portals, and microsites using approved templates and company branding standards.
- Create visually appealing layouts that effectively communicate information and support easy navigation.
- Manage and update banners, icons, and visual elements to maintain a cohesive and professional brand identity across all digital properties.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and content owners to organize content and visuals in an engaging, accessible manner for all users.
- Provide recommendations for improving page structure, navigation, and user flow to optimize the overall digital experience.
- Ensure consistency in look and feel throughout all web-based materials and pages.
- Review feedback and refine designs to enhance the employee and user experience, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in web or digital design.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in webpage or digital content design, preferably for internal communications or HR platforms.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create effective, user-focused designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience designing within a corporate intranet or employee self-service platform, such as ServiceNow or SharePoint.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles to ensure digital equity for all users.
