- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in web content management within a CMS environment
- Proficiency with tools such as AEM, Sitecore, or WordPress
- Strong knowledge and practical application of UX/UI principles and web accessibility (ADA) standards
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns and content updates
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
