Wastewater Operator - Summary- Operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment systems to meet regulatory and operational standards.
- Support facility performance through process control, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and accurate reporting.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
- Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of treatment systems and related equipment to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support optimal plant operation and minimize downtime.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret water quality samples to inform operational decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Document operational data and maintain accurate logs for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal review and submission to regulatory agencies as required.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to maintain and enhance technical competencies relevant to wastewater operations.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and environmental compliance standards at all times.

- 2-15 years of experience in wastewater operations or a closely related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, environmental regulations, and facility operation standards.
- Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting treatment facility equipment.
