Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pull and put away products as required by work orders and customer specifications.
- Inspect incoming cartons and products for damage, documenting any issues on receiving paperwork.
- Process work orders efficiently while meeting customer requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain the ongoing accuracy of physical inventories by conducting regular counts and verifications.
- Enter inventory updates and product movements into automated handheld devices to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Prepare products for outgoing orders by cleaning, staging, and tagging items appropriately.
- Safely load, maneuver, and transport products within the warehouse and to/from trailers using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by performing routine housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Verify, sign for, and process deliveries at the receiving dock.
- Assemble products according to specific client requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new warehouse employees as needed.
- Comply fully with all company safety instructions and procedures, promptly reporting any accidents, injuries, or incidents.
- For asset management team members: verify received product quantities, sort and count items, and create detailed inventory reports including item conditions and vendor codes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- One or more years of experience in warehouse or inventory control operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification or the ability to become certified in forklift and order picker operation preferred.
- Proficiency in operating non-power equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in deadline-driven environments.
- For asset team roles: knowledge of multiple office furniture systems, experience with asset management software, and proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Ability to utilize web-based and catalog resources for asset identification.
- Physical ability to move within and between warehouses and offices, mount/dismount equipment, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 75 pounds as required.
