Warehouse Management System (WMS) Support Analyst - Summary- Support migration from legacy systems to Softeon WMS
- Ensure system stabilization and drive ongoing improvements
- Serve as the primary support resource for functional IT areas
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend enhancements
- Participate in all key phases of the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate on system upgrades, migrations, and operational efficiencies
- Act as the main support contact for assigned WMS system areas
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for Softeon WMS
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure stability and business continuity
- Work closely with business teams to document requirements, create user stories, and map processes
- Recommend and coordinate system enhancements with developers
- Participate in testing, deployment, and validation of system changes across the SDLC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements
- Support technology installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with business analysis techniques: requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, process modeling, and mapping
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Softeon WMS
- Strong track record providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Solid experience with technology installation, configuration, and support
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management systems preferred
- Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments and able to manage multiple priorities
