Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist - Summary- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize leading shipping systems to process outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Support the overall growth and operational objectives of the organization.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Prepare and ship outgoing packages using FedEx, UPS, and other major carriers according to scheduled timelines.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality, reconciling shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Log all shipments, both incoming and outgoing, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items meet established quality standards.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and participate in regular physical and cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an organized work area.
- Collaborate with other warehouse and logistics personnel to resolve any discrepancies or issues in shipping and receiving.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving role.
- Proficiency with shipping systems such as FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Working knowledge of basic software tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards in warehouse operations.
