Warehouse Associate - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials, supplies, and finished products
- Pull and prepare orders for the press line and other production needs
- Monitor open roll stock requests, ensuring timely delivery of materials to the appropriate areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and SKU scan guns safely and efficiently
- Move palletized inventory throughout the warehouse and prepare items for shipment
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Organize and maintain warehouse records using inventory tracking systems
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris, supporting general sanitation efforts
- Mix and handle cleaning chemicals according to company procedures and safety standards
- Follow all safety policies, warehouse procedures, and quality standards set by the company

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to accurately read a ruler and perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Experience using SKU scan guns or barcode scanners in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Dependable attendance record and willingness to assist in multiple areas as needed
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
