Warehouse Associate - Summary- Support daily warehouse operations with a range of general labor tasks
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and shipments efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
- Assist with grounds maintenance and other facility tasks
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in packing and preparing orders for shipment, following proper procedures to ensure accuracy and product integrity
- Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring items are correctly selected and accounted for
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the appropriate locations, using inventory management systems as needed
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep the warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and organized by performing general maintenance tasks
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment
- Assist with various other general labor duties as assigned by management

- Proven experience as a warehouse worker, warehouse associate, or similar general labor role
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Experience operating landscaping equipment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company safety policies
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions as needed
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
