We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team supporting the trade show industry. The ideal candidate for this full-time Warehouse Associate position will possess strong organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of warehouse safety and efficiency.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks essential to our operational success. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the receipt, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments containing booth materials, displays, and essential equipment. You will be responsible for systematically organizing and safely storing tools, components, and materials within the warehouse, maintaining a logical and accessible inventory system. Accurate labeling, tracking, and record-keeping are vital aspects of this role, ensuring that all items are easily retrievable and accounted for as projects progress.
In this Warehouse Associate position, you will also be involved in preparing materials for shipping by conducting quality checks, packing, and labeling booth components and displays for transport. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to safely load and unload trade show booth components and other materials, working both independently and alongside shipping partners as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment is a continuous priority, and you will be expected to assist with regular maintenance, cleaning, and adherence to all safety protocols.
Collaboration is key in the Warehouse Associate role. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with carpenters, project managers, and other team members to ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and available for trade show builds and installations. Your support may also be required during the assembly and disassembly of booth components and displays, providing valuable hands-on assistance to the broader team. Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional warehouse-related tasks as needed will help ensure the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
