- Manage and troubleshoot SS7 trunking and voice signaling issues across carrier and enterprise networks to maintain high service availability.
- Apply expertise in TDM technologies such as DS0, DS1, DS3, and T1, supporting both legacy and hybrid voice network environments.
- Configure, analyze, and resolve issues related to signaling protocols including SIP, SS7, PRI, and CAS.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network planning, implementation, or telephony, with a strong focus on VoIP technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise with Metaswitch platforms for voice services and network configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SS7 trunking and voice signaling protocols.
- Proficient understanding of TDM technologies (DS0, DS1, DS3, T1) used in legacy and hybrid voice networks.
