- This role requires deep familiarity with Metaswitch platforms, signaling protocols, and TDM technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of voice services.
- The VoIP Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, troubleshoots complex network issues, and contributes to continuous improvement of voice communication systems.
- Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP and telephony network infrastructure to meet organizational goals and industry standards.
- Configure and administer Metaswitch platforms for voice services and trunking environments, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
- Manage and troubleshoot SS7 trunking and voice signaling issues across carrier and enterprise networks to maintain high service availability.
- Apply expertise in TDM technologies such as DS0, DS1, DS3, and T1, supporting both legacy and hybrid voice network environments.
- Configure, analyze, and resolve issues related to signaling protocols including SIP, SS7, PRI, and CAS.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network planning, implementation, or telephony, with a strong focus on VoIP technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise with Metaswitch platforms for voice services and network configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SS7 trunking and voice signaling protocols.
