- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
- Proven hands-on experience installing, configuring, programming, and maintaining telecom equipment.
- Expertise in Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) administration and support.
- Experience supporting voice systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies.
