You will oversee the configuration, deployment, and ongoing administration of key Horizon components, such as Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways (UAG), App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM). Your expertise will ensure optimal system reliability and user productivity, while your leadership will guide the team through complex escalations and technical challenges.
This role requires extensive experience with VMware Horizon and related virtual infrastructure platforms. You should have a deep understanding of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and be comfortable working with networking, authentication systems, and directory services such as Active Directory and DNS. The ability to analyze performance issues, implement upgrades, and manage the full lifecycle of Horizon environments is essential.
