Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for regional plant operations, maintaining efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership teams; support staffing and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost control.
- Oversee fiscal performance, including budgeting, revenue, expenses, profit, and financial forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and contract renewals.
- Support the sales process and ensure successful onboarding of new customer accounts.
- Maintain accountability for company assets, engineering oversight, and cost-effective plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with HR requirements, regulatory standards, and training programs.
- Develop and execute operational objectives to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.
- Build and sustain cross-functional teams for operational excellence and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of senior management experience in laundry operations or similar operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and sales support is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proven leadership skills with high initiative, accountability, flexibility, and responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
