Regional Operations Vice President - Summary- Executive leadership role overseeing large regional laundry facility operations
- Accountable for operational efficiency, quality, and financial performance
- Collaborates with corporate and plant leadership to achieve organizational goals

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to plant operations, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all regional facilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant management teams, facilitating professional growth and succession planning
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, safety, customer service, and cost management
- Establish reporting processes that drive continuous operational improvement
- Oversee facility fiscal performance, including managing revenue, expenses, profit, budgeting, and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention, support contract renewals, and address service concerns proactively
- Support the integration and onboarding of new hospital and customer accounts, contributing to sales initiatives and growth
- Maintain accountability for company assets through effective engineering oversight and preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with all human resources requirements, including training, regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll, and benefits administration
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational objectives for responsiveness and efficiency in a results-driven environment
- Foster cross-functional teams to advance operational excellence and organizational initiatives
