Regional Operations Vice President - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to plant operations, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all regional facilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant management teams, facilitating professional growth and succession planning
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, safety, customer service, and cost management
- Establish reporting processes that drive continuous operational improvement
- Oversee facility fiscal performance, including managing revenue, expenses, profit, budgeting, and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention, support contract renewals, and address service concerns proactively
- Support the integration and onboarding of new hospital and customer accounts, contributing to sales initiatives and growth
- Maintain accountability for company assets through effective engineering oversight and preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with all human resources requirements, including training, regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll, and benefits administration
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational objectives for responsiveness and efficiency in a results-driven environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of seven years’ senior management experience in laundry operations or similar operational environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong background in budgeting, financial forecasting, and sales support highly preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Proven leadership skills with initiative, accountability, flexibility, and responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of contract administration, office procedures, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to reside within a reasonable driving distance of a designated metropolitan area facility
