In this full-time executive role, the Regional Operations Vice President is responsible for ensuring that all regional plant operations are conducted with the highest levels of efficiency, safety, and quality. The Regional Operations Vice President also leads initiatives in process improvement, financial management, and customer relationship management, ensuring that each facility meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) in productivity, cost control, and service excellence.
Working closely with both regional and corporate stakeholders, the Regional Operations Vice President supports the successful onboarding of new accounts and ensures the retention of existing customers by proactively addressing their needs. - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and sales support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- In-depth knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
