- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on new product launches, product line optimization, and end-of-life transitions.
- Establish visibility, metrics, and accountability frameworks to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Oversee facilities and IT to ensure infrastructure supports performance, compliance, and scalability across all regions.
- Strengthen and support the operational leadership team, ensuring clarity and resource allocation for all functions.
- Drive alignment with revenue, product, and finance teams for seamless operational support of business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive operations leadership in hardware, electronics, audio-visual, or similar industries.
- Experience leading supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution in a global context with a proven record of building strong functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity in an operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as APICS/ASCM, Lean, or Six Sigma highly desirable.
