- Directly reports to the CEO and collaborates with the executive leadership team.
- Oversees supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, quality, facilities, and IT departments.
- Drives cross-functional alignment to enable business growth and operational excellence.
- Leads the development of scalable infrastructure to support long-term company objectives.
- Translate company strategy into operational architecture by evolving systems, processes, and infrastructure for scalable growth.
- Provide strategic direction for global supply chain resilience and risk management, while ensuring daily execution aligns with business goals.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on new product launches, product line optimization, and end-of-life transitions.
- Establish visibility, metrics, and accountability frameworks to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Oversee facilities and IT to ensure infrastructure supports performance, compliance, and scalability across all regions.
- Strengthen and support the operational leadership team, ensuring clarity and resource allocation for all functions.

- 7-10+ years of progressive operations leadership in hardware, electronics, audio-visual, or similar industries.
- Experience leading supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution in a global context with a proven record of building strong functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity in an operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as APICS/ASCM, Lean, or Six Sigma highly desirable.
