Vice President of Estimating – MEP Summary
- Full-time leadership role guiding MEP estimating and sales functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with clients, general contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the bid process, ensuring alignment among all team members for comprehensive, competitive proposals.
- Oversee projects from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with estimators to guarantee all bids include a complete and accurate scope of work.
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling proposal packages that reflect company capabilities and value.
- Manage the receipt, review, and response to requests for proposals (RFPs) with a strategic and timely approach.
- Lead proposal and interview processes, preparing and delivering client-facing presentations that align with project goals.
- Identify potential risks to projects proactively, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate challenges.
- Oversee and coordinate all pre-construction efforts, ensuring smooth transitions from bid process to project execution.
